Where We Work, Starting With Colton Itself

We are based at 201 W Valley Blvd in Colton, and water heaters are the only thing we work on. Colton comes first because it is home, and because most of the leaking tanks we get called about are within a few miles of our own street. The city's housing is mostly older, much of it built before 1990, and the water running through it is officially very hard, averaging about 207 mg/L of total hardness in the city's own water report. Old tanks plus hard water is the whole story of this trade in this city.

From the Colton base we cover the surrounding cities in every direction, and each of the main ones has its own page linked below. If your city is named on this page, we come to you. If it is not, call anyway and ask, because the edges of a service area are never as tidy as a list makes them look.

Colton Neighbourhoods We Cover

  • Reche Canyon sits in the hills at the city's south-east edge, with larger lots, some mobile homes, and older housing where heaters often live in garages and outbuildings rather than closets.
  • Cooley Ranch is the newer family-home side of the city along Cooley Drive, where most tanks are second-generation units now reaching the age where first leaks show up.
  • La Loma Hills homes look down over the city from the west side, and their heaters deal with the same hard water and the same sediment build-up as everywhere else in Colton.
  • Downtown Colton holds the city's historic homes, the oldest plumbing in town, and tanks that have often been swapped in and out of the same corner for decades.
  • Rancho Mediterrania is the gated community on the city's east side, where we handle leak calls for both owners and the property managers who look after rentals there.
  • South Colton is one of the city's oldest residential areas, with hard-working older homes where a failed water heater is an emergency the household budget did not plan for.

North Colton, the West Valley Blvd corridor, and the Agua Mansa side of the city are covered the same way, and none of them are a special trip. If the tank is in Colton, it is in our patch. Start with our leak repair page if water is already on the floor, or the full services list if you are planning ahead.

The Cities Around Colton

Grand Terrace is the closest call we make, sitting about two and a half miles directly south of us across the I-215 line. It is a small, quiet, mostly residential city, and its heaters age under the same Inland Empire conditions ours do. We fold Grand Terrace calls into the same day's Colton route rather than treating them as out-of-area work.

San Bernardino wraps around our north and east sides and is the biggest city in our patch, a couple of miles from Colton's northern streets. Plenty of the region's plumbers are based there, but very few of them spend their whole day on water heaters the way we do. Landlords, property managers, and homeowners across the city use us for the same leak and replacement work we do at home.

Rialto adjoins Colton to the west, and the two cities are tied together more literally than most neighbours: part of Colton's own water supply is purchased Rialto water. Heaters in Rialto scale and sediment up on the same groundwater, so the problems rhyme even when the addresses change. Valley Blvd runs straight between our base and most Rialto homes.

Bloomington is the unincorporated community about five miles west of us, spread out along Valley Blvd and Cedar Ave under county services rather than a city hall. The homes sit on larger lots with heaters in garages and outbuildings, and we cover it as part of the regular west-side route. Beyond these four, we also serve Loma Linda and Riverside to the east and south, and Fontana, Redlands, and Highland when the job fits the day's route, so it is always worth a call.

Getting to Our Colton Base

From the east, coming in from Loma Linda or Redlands, take I-10 west into Colton or follow Valley Blvd west through the city, and you will find us at 201 W Valley Blvd on the north side of the boulevard corridor. From the west, Rialto, Bloomington, and Fontana drivers come east on I-10 or straight down Valley Blvd, which runs directly past our door. Both routes are the same roads our crews drive out to you, just in the other direction.

From the north, San Bernardino sits up I-215 and Mt Vernon Ave from us, and either one brings you south into Colton in a few minutes, then west onto Valley Blvd. From the south, Grand Terrace and Riverside come north on I-215 or up La Cadena Dr and Mt Vernon Ave into the middle of the city. However you arrive, the phone is faster: (909) 555-0148 reaches us before any of those drives do.

Not Sure Whether You Are Inside the Area?

Service areas on a page always look more rigid than they are in real life. If you are close to one of the cities above, or in one of the smaller communities between them, call and tell us the address. If we genuinely cannot cover it, we will say so plainly and point you at what to look for in a company that can. Most of the time, though, a leaking tank a few streets outside the line is still a tank we will come and fix.
